What does the Sodatide Supplement Facts label show?
The Sodatide label shows one serving of one capsule, three active ingredients and four other ingredients. It also carries the suggested use, storage, a caution, the distributor and the FDA statement. Every line is covered below, in the order you meet it on the bottle.
The image is the full wrap-around label, laid flat. The front says “Advanced Metabolic Science” and lists the three claims. The right side holds the Supplement Facts box.

The Sodatide Supplement Facts panel as text
Here is the same Sodatide panel typed out line by line. It is easier to read on a phone than the photo. Screen readers can read it too.
Supplement Facts
Serving Size: 1 Capsule · Servings Per Container: 30
| Ingredient | Amount per serving | % Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Chicory Root Inulin Cichorium intybus (root) | 211 mg | † |
| Potato Resistant Starch Potato [Resistant Starch] (tuber) | 100 mg | † |
| Probiotic Blend Bifidobacterium infantis, Clostridium butyricum, Akkermansia muciniphila | 36 mg | † |
† Daily Value not established. Other ingredients, as printed: hypromellose (the vegetarian capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica.
The amounts match the ingredients page, where each one is explained in depth.
Sodatide serving size and servings per container
The Sodatide serving size is 1 capsule, and each container holds 30 servings. That means one bottle is a 30-day supply at one capsule a day.
Every amount in the panel is per serving. So 211 mg of inulin is what one capsule gives, not the whole bottle. If a label ever listed two capsules per serving, you would halve the amounts to get the dose per capsule.
Each Sodatide ingredient line, explained
The Sodatide panel has three ingredient lines, each with a name, a source and an amount. The small text under each name is the plant part or the species list.
| Label line | What it says | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Chicory Root Inulin | Cichorium intybus (root), 211 mg | Inulin taken from the root of the chicory plant |
| Potato Resistant Starch | Potato [Resistant Starch] (tuber), 100 mg | Starch from the potato that is not digested in the small intestine |
| Probiotic Blend | B. infantis, C. butyricum, A. muciniphila, 36 mg | Three species by name, total weight only |
The probiotic line gives weight, not cell count. Weight includes the carrier powder, so it says little about how many bacteria are inside. That is why probiotic labels usually add a CFU figure. This one does not.
What does the † symbol mean on the Sodatide label?
The † on the Sodatide label means “Daily Value not established.” No official daily target exists for these ingredients, so no percentage can be printed.
A Daily Value is a reference amount set for nutrients like fiber, vitamin C or iron. It lets a label say what share of a day's need one serving gives. Inulin, resistant starch and probiotics have no separate target of their own. Seeing a dagger here is normal and not a warning sign.
The other ingredients line on Sodatide
The line under the Sodatide panel lists hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica. These are the capsule and the fillers, not active nutrients.
Hypromellose is the plant-based shell, which makes the capsule vegetarian. Microcrystalline cellulose adds bulk. Magnesium stearate and silica help the powder flow and stay dry. Other ingredients never carry amounts on a supplement label.
Sodatide suggested use, storage and caution lines
The left side of the Sodatide label carries four short text blocks. Each one tells you how to take, store or avoid using the product.
| Label block | Exact wording | Plain meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Suggested use | As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water. Refrigerate for optimal quality. | One capsule, once a day, with a full glass of water. Keep the open bottle cold. |
| Storage | Store away from heat, light and humidity so it stays fresh. | Heat, light and damp can weaken the probiotics. A closed bottle in the fridge avoids all three. |
| Caution | Do not exceed recommended dose. Its caution panel asks pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition to see a physician before this or any other supplement. | Stick to one capsule. Some groups should check with a doctor first. |
| Warning | Keep out of the reach of children. The label says not to use the bottle if its safety seal is broken or absent. Store in a cool, dry place. | Store it out of children's reach. Do not use a bottle with a broken or missing seal. |
The label gives no time of day. The seller suggests the morning, before a meal. Routine tips are on the how to use page.
Who makes Sodatide? The distributor and origin lines
The Sodatide label names Instituto Experience, Lakeland FL, 33804 as the distributor. It also says “Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.”
A distributor is the company that puts its name on the product and sells it into the market. It is not always the factory that fills the capsules. The origin line means the product is finished in the USA. Some raw ingredients come from other countries.
Sodatidefit is the U.S. stocking partner for Sodatide. The lot reference SOD-26/SO-3444 shown on this site is a draft label, not lab proof. See the batch verify page for what it can and cannot tell you.
What does the FDA asterisk statement on Sodatide mean?
The asterisk statement means the FDA has not reviewed the three Sodatide claims. Each claim on the front ends in an asterisk that points to this text: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”
Supplement makers may make structure/function claims without FDA pre-approval, but they must print this statement (FDA, 2024). The FDA is not allowed to approve supplements before they go on sale (FDA, 2022).
- “Metabolic & Digestive Support”
- “Supports Appetite Control And Satiety”
- “Promotes Energy Production From Fats”
What the Sodatide label does not tell you
The Sodatide label covers the basics, but a few details are not printed on it. Knowing the gaps helps you ask the right questions before you buy.
- No CFU count for the 36 mg probiotic blend
- No strain codes, only species names
- No split between the three strains inside the blend
- No published expiry or best-before format
- No lab report printed on the bottle
You can raise any of these with the order desk. Answers from the desk are not a substitute for a printed label, so keep that in mind when you compare products.
How to read a supplement facts panel
You can read any supplement facts panel, including the Sodatide one, in five steps. The same order works for vitamins, fibers and probiotics.
Start with the serving size
Check how many capsules make one serving. All amounts below it are per serving.
Read each amount
Note the weight of every active ingredient. Watch for blends that hide the split.
Check the % Daily Value column
A number shows share of a daily target. A dagger means no target exists.
Look for a CFU count
For probiotics, live cell count matters more than weight. Note if it is missing.
Read the small print
Scan other ingredients, the caution and the storage line before you buy.
For more on probiotic labels, read how to read a probiotic label.
Sodatide label: common questions
What is the serving size of Sodatide?
The serving size is 1 capsule. Thirty servings per bottle means a month of use at one capsule a day.
Why is there a dagger, not a % Daily Value, on the Sodatide label?
A dagger shows that no Daily Value exists for that ingredient. The FDA has no daily target for inulin, resistant starch or probiotics.
Is there a CFU figure on the Sodatide label?
No. The probiotic blend is listed as 36 mg with three species names. A CFU count is not printed.
Who distributes Sodatide?
Instituto Experience of Lakeland, FL 33804 is the distributor printed on the label. Sodatidefit sells it as the U.S. stocking partner for Sodatide.
Is Sodatide FDA approved?
No. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA before they go on sale. The asterisk statement on the label says the claims were not evaluated by the FDA.
Should Sodatide be kept in the fridge or a cool, dry place?
Both lines appear on the label. Keep the bottle cool and dry, and refrigerate it after opening for the best quality.
